Our Approach
At Speech Buds, we follow the principles of the Pyramid of Communication Development. This approach helps us understand and address the foundational skills that support communication - from sensory regulation and attention, all the way to expressive language and conversation. By tailoring our therapy to each child’s specific place in their developmental journey, we provide more effective, meaningful support for lasting growth.
We offer therapy services across all age groups - from pre-term neonates in NICU, to pre-school children, to teenagers in high school - and work closely with families to build strong developmental foundations for life. We offer services in North Johannesburg and surrounds - including Fourways, Randburg and Ruimsig.
